“I contacted JWS Landscaping in August to ask for a quotation to rebuild a collapsed retaining wall on my patio. Jamie came a day or so later to assess the work on a Saturday morning and by that evening had emailed me with a price and estimated start date. I found this prompt and efficient response refreshing after some of the dealings I have had recently with contractors. After a little more discussion of dates, materials and final details, I accepted Jamie’s quote. He arrived punctually having rung me the previous day to confirm his actual time of arrival. I thought this a considerate detail. Jamie’s work was neatly and efficiently done with minimal disruption to the rest of the garden. The result looks good and I am very pleased to have it completed in a timely way to allow me to plant the bed this autumn.
